Hundreds of students dressed in black holding signs that read “UC us now?” & “Don’t UC us?”, joined hands in protest against the “Increase Diversity Bake Sale”.

the point of the bake sale was to show the underlying racial profiling when it comes to paying for schooling. it’s just to put statistics out there and have people talking about it. this protest is embarrassing.
but at least people are passionate about a cause.
This “protest” is foolish and simple minded. Somehow I’m not surprised that those who would benefit most from the rules are the ones protesting against those who oppose them. Really radical…
So does this mean we can get rid of affirmative action?
